Challenge

Joystop is an upgraded business from Roll'D Brand, which has over 125 stores across Australia. The Joystop app was created for users who prefer to consume food through digital platforms and want a better service, more convenience, and rewards. The challenge was to design a user-friendly and engaging mobile app that would meet the needs of Joystop customers and help generate new business opportunities for the participating brands.

Our team of UX designers worked closely with Joystop to understand their business goals and user needs. We conducted user research and created personas to better understand the target audience. System Research

Our team of UX designers worked closely with Joystop to understand their business goals and user needs. We conducted user research and created personas to better understand the target audience. Based on our findings, we designed a mobile app that was intuitive, visually appealing, and easy to navigate. We incorporated features such as personalized menus, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance the user experience and promote customer retention. In addition, we designed an administration system for managing bookings, making it easier for Joystop and the participating brands to manage orders and inventory. We worked closely with the participating brands to ensure that the app's design and features met their specific needs and branding guidelines.

Results

The Joystop app has been a huge success, with positive user feedback. The personalized menus and loyalty rewards have helped increase customer retention, and the administration system has streamlined the order and inventory management process for Joystop and the participating brands.
